Heather Cook is a Principal Customer Experience Manager in the Microsoft 365 Customer Advocacy Group at Microsoft, where she leads engagement, evangelism, and growth by building strategy, programs, and meaningful connections between Microsoft and its global community. A former Microsoft MVP for Microsoft 365 Apps and Services, Heather brings more than 20 years of experience as a marketing executive, executive event producer, consultant, and founder of Creative Maven. She has produced thousands of events, campaigns, and experiences across the high‑tech and entertainment industries and regularly speaks and hosts at corporate and community events worldwide. Heather is an avid writer and publishes Maven Musings, a twice‑monthly business newsletter on LinkedIn, as well as her cultural Substack, Heddas Mix Tape. Her Microsoft career journey is featured in The Women of Microsoft. Based in Marina del Rey, California, she travels globally to speak on healthy workplaces, power skills, community, and inclusion.
