Person

With over 20 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, I have journeyed from the technical trenches of ASP.NET development to the strategic heights of global IT leadership. My career truly took shape within the world of SharePoint, mastering everything from the classic 2007 era to the modern cloud-based architecture we use today. I eventually transitioned into the Pre-sales and Solution Architect space, where I found my true calling: acting as a translator between complex technology and real-world business needs. During my time in high-level consultancy, I had the privilege of designing "Modern Workplace" environments for diverse clients. One of my proudest moments was building a bespoke, cutting-edge intranet for a major hotel group, seamlessly weaving together Microsoft Graph and external services to create something truly unique. Today, I oversee the Microsoft 365 strategy for a global retail leader, where my focus is on empowering thousands of employees with tools that actually make their lives easier. My passion for this community led me to the Microsoft MVP program two years ago—an unexpected honor that I owe to the support of mentors like Reshmee Auckloo. At my core, I believe technology is only as good as the problems it solves, and I’m dedicated to bridging that gap every day.
