Sofia Platas

Person

I am a Power Platform Solution Architect with a passion for designing solutions that bridge business needs and technology. Beyond that, I actively contribute to the Microsoft community through technical speaking and supporting professionals as they grow their careers in the Microsoft ecosystem. I am driven by continuous learning and by the Stoic principle often associated with Marcus Aurelius: "The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way." It reminds me to see every challenge as an opportunity to improve, innovate, and help others grow. Outside of work, I challenge myself through endurance sports, explore new cultures through travel, and enjoy cooking as a creative outlet. I believe curiosity, resilience, and generosity in sharing knowledge are the foundation of meaningful impact. My goal is not simply to build better technology, but to become better through the process: the destination matters, but character is built on the journey.
