Microsoft Viva Insights and Copilot Analytics are coming to the Microsoft 365 Department of Defense (DoD) environment, providing eligible organizations with privacy-protected, role-based analytics experiences to help them understand Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, usage, and impact. Viva Insights also provides data-driven behavioral insights into how employees collaborate, helping organizations improve productivity and wellbeing within the DoD environment.

We are introducing a new feature for leaders and analysts of Viva Insights, where they can view a Power BI report, and edit time range, filters, attributes and change visuals as per their organizations' needs. They can then save the report for viewing later.

This enables users to export Identifiable row-level Copilot metrics from the Copilot Dashboard for reporting and deeper analysis. This capability can be tuned On by Admins in a tenant.

Conversation analytics updates are coming to Microsoft Viva Engage, giving communicators richer signals to understand how audiences engage with posts and announcements.

With this update, conversation analytics will include new engagement insights such as click-through rate, open rate, dwell time, and video performance signals. These enhancements help communicators better understand whether employees opened a conversation, spent time with the content, clicked through to linked resources, or engaged with video attachments. Viva Glint admins can now customize the Microsoft Teams notifications sent for surveys. Admins can edit the title, message, and button label in each survey language and see their changes in a live preview. Teams and email messages stay consistent and match your organization's voice, which helps more employees see the survey and take part.

The Campaigns Hub in Viva Engage provides a centralized mobile destination where employees can discover and participate in organizational campaigns. Available in the Viva Engage app and Viva Engage in Teams mobile, the hub highlights top and sponsored campaigns, enables users to browse active and completed campaigns, and makes it easy to view campaign details and follow the campaigns that matter to them.

Users can export de-identified, row-level agent metrics and attributes from the Agent Dashboard. Exported data provides detailed insights into agent usage and user-level agent interactions across the organization, with personal identifiers removed.
