With over 20 years of experience in engineering and architecting Microsoft technologies, I have a deep passion and expertise in Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365, as well as unified communications, video solutions, and Copilot/AI capabilities.

My more recent roles - including my current role at Shure - have focused on the social marketing elements of building brand credibility in new growth areas for collaboration device manufacturers and strengthening Alliance relationships.
