A Microsoft MVP and senior leader at Sogeti (part of Capgemini), Ralph helps organizations tame Copilot chaos — turning prompts into workflows, workflows into agents, and agents into governed systems that don’t blow up Security’s inbox. He’s the co‑founder of the M365Chicago events community, co‑leader of the Chicago Microsoft Power Platform User Group (CMPPUG), and co‑host of the long‑running CloudTalk Show (running since 2017), where he spends a lot of time breaking, fixing, and rebuilding Copilot on purpose.
