Microsoft's business intelligence tool for turning data into interactive reports and dashboards. Semantic models define the data and measures, and reports can be shared in the Power BI service or embedded in other apps.

Description

Power BI turns data from many sources into interactive reports and dashboards. Authors build models and reports in Power BI Desktop, publish them to the Power BI service and share them through workspaces, apps and Teams. DAX defines calculations, Power Query prepares the data, and since 2023 Power BI is part of Microsoft Fabric.
