Vesa "Vesku" Nopanen

AI & Microsoft 365 MVP | Principal Consultant | Advisor | Speaker | Community Builder I help organizations embrace the AI-Native Workplace — where humans and intelligent agents co-create, automate, and innovate. As AI-Native Future Work Principal Consultant at Sulava Gulf, I guide businesses across the Middle East, Africa, and globally in reimagining work through the next wave of AI transformation — powered by Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft 365, Loop, and multi-agent systems. With nearly 30 years of experience in IT across industries and roles, I bring a deep understanding of both technology and the human side of change. My passion lies in how AI, automation, and collaboration tools empower people — freeing them from routine tasks and enabling them to focus on creativity, insight, and impact. I’m especially focused on: • AI-Native strategies and the future of work • Intelligent agents and multi-agent architectures • Copilot integration and business transformation • Microsoft Teams, Loop, and AI-powered next-gen collaboration • Empowering community and thought leadership through speaking, writing, and events I’m also the founder and co-creator of the AI-Native Workplace Summit, a global community event exploring the future of human + AI collaboration. Let’s connect if you’re exploring how to build your AI-native strategy, lead your AI transformation, enable co-creation with Copilot/AI, or need a speaker who bridges vision with real-world action.
